Edison is currently looking for a caring, patient individual interested in working with children with special needs. We are hoping to hire a special education paraprofessional to work 7 hours/day in our autism classroom as soon as possible. If you (or someone you know) are interested, please email – Sally_Whitelock@dpsk12.net.

Please complete the Your Voice/Tu Voz Family Survey

We would greatly appreciate it if ALL Edison families could please complete the DPS Your Voice/Tu Voz Family Survey which will be administered to all families in the district Oct. 7-Nov. 1. Responses to this survey are important as they inform decisions on how we can better serve our DPS families. The “Your Voice/Tu Voz” Family Survey is designed to measure the extent to which Denver Public Schools is helping parents and guardians feel welcomed, involved and informed. Your input will help us learn how to better support you, so that you can best support the academic success of your student(s). The survey will take 5-15 minutes to complete and can be accessed at https://survey.k12insight.com/r/3hYhCO.

Please complete the BESS Parent Survey

You are invited and encouraged to complete a short form to provide valuable input on your student’s mental health and social emotional well being. A form can be completed in less than 5 minutes! The BESS is an emotional screener used to systematically and quickly determine behavioral and emotional strengths and weaknesses in children and adolescents from preschool through high school. Please assist us by completing this screening for your child.
