It was wonderful seeing everyone at Back-to-School Night. We are so excited for a fantastic school year!
1st Day of School
August 19 for all ECE and 1st-5th grade students at 8:40 AM.
August 20 for kindergartent students at 8:40 AM.
Coffee and Kleenex
ECE parents, please join the PTA and Lea Barone (Volunteer Coordinator) at 8:40-9:00 AM on the playground for coffee and Kleenex.

Student Drop Off
It is important for children to develop independence skills. Therefore, we ask ALL parents to please say goodbye to students outside on the playground at 8:40 AM. Please do not plan on coming into the school with your child, unless you are an ECE parent and need to sign your students in.
Visiting
In order to ensure a safe school environment, it is important for all visitors to enter the building through the front doors, check in at the office, & get a vistor/volunteer badge. If parents would like to meet with teachers, please set up a meeting. Parents are welcome to have lunch with students, please just wait two weeks before joining your students for lunch so that we can help students get used to the school routines.
Volunteering at Edison
We love volunteers at Edison. Volunteering opportunities will begin two weeks after the start of the year. Please join us at one of our Volunteer trainings on August 29 or September 6 at 8:00-8:30 AM. Watch for emails from Lea Barone, Edison’s volunteer coordinator!
