PTA Sponsored Parent Information Seminar
Please join us at the PTA hosted Parent Information Seminar on November 7 at 6:00-7:00 PM in Edison’s auditorium. Our special guests will present on internet safety for children, teaching our children problem solving skills and school safety policies and practices.

School Tour

Build It Night will occur on Nov 14 at 5:30 PM in Edison’s cafeteria. This is a fun, family event in which students build bird houses and tool boxes. The set up and clean up is very easy. Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) is scheduled for Nov 19. At this fun event, every Edison student gets to choose one book (provided by the PTA) to take home. Support is needed to set up books on Nov. 18 after school and to help students pick out books during the school day on Nov 19. Science Fair is scheduled for Nov. 22 in Edison’s gym. Volunteers are needed to help set up on Nov 21 after school and to judge on Nov 22 from 8-12. Community Fundraiser for Edison – Barbed Wire Reef Restaurant
For every ‘Wish it was still summer’ burger sold during the month of November, the restaurant will give back 10% to Edison PTA. Location: 4449 West 38th Avenue.
