Hello my name is Jennifer Gonzales. I am the Kaleidoscope Program specialist For Edison Elementary school. I have been with the district for ten years and have been with Edison for 4 school years. I am writing you this letter to express my current situation on April 21st I was diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis and am currently in stage one of this disease and will be starting medication over the summer. I was currently denied assistance with the medication that I will be taking “Rituxan.” I am not one to ask for help but at this time my out of pocket cost is $2500.00 dollars this will include my first and second infusion. I will take this medication twice a year. At this time I have Kiaser for Insurance and will seeking out other alternative’s to help me in the future.
