Edison’s Field

Over the summer, we will be working hard to improve our field. Lisa Archuleta and DPS grounds department have a plan to help our grass. Over the next few weeks, you will see the following:

• Next week, the field will be watered A LOT, to get the ground softened and grass that is there growing.
• Then, we will bring in a machine to aerate and de-thatch the field.
• Then, we will top dress the field and lay down seed.
• The field will be fenced off to help the new grass grow.

Please help us by refraining from playing on Edison’s field this summer and communicating this plan to all of your friends.
