PTA Direct Ask Campaign
Because EVERY STUDENT COUNTS Edison’s PTA is challenging every Edison parent to please donate to our Direct Ask Campaign to help us fund our Intervention Paraprofessionals and Volunteer Coordinator.
  • Fundraising Goal: $52,000 is needed to fund 4 Paraprofessionals and 1 Volunteer Coordinator for the 2020-2021 school year.
  • Deadline: February 7, 2020
  • How: Donate via check (Edison PTA), Venmo (@EdisonElementaryPTA), or Paypal (Edison Elementary PTA)
  • Other: Don’t forget to check your Employer Match programs!

Volunteers Needed:
  • Rock the Night Away Family Dance on Friday February 7th! Time to boogie-woogie at the annual Edison Family Dance! This is a fun, family-friendly event. We encourage you to attend and rally the classroom community to join! Admission is 1$/person ages 3 and older. As always we will need some wonderful volunteers- and to show our ‘thanks’ you and your children will receive FREE admission! Sign up to help:
  • Student-Led Conferences on Thursday, February 20th. Help feed the teachers during Student-Led Conferences. Our wonderful teachers will be at school until 8 pm, holding another round of conferences. Please consider signing up to contribute to a ‘Soup and Salad’ themed potluck (only a few more slots are needed).  We also appreciate your help to encourage others to sign up at:
  • Passions Day: We are continuing to plan for this year’s Passion Day which will be during the school day on Friday, March 27th 2020. Passion Day is an annual event where we invite family and community members to come present their passion/talent/hobby/career to our students. Students rotate to different rooms throughout the day (as a class) and listen to various presenters. If you are interested in volunteering to present your passion please go to:
