Read-a-thon
We would like to encourage students to let relatives and family members know about the Read-a-thon and that they will be reading over Winter Break. Sponsors can pledge a flat amount or by-the-minute.
  • Pledge Link: Parents can add in their own AND/OR family/friend information at any time. The Literacy Committee will email the sponsors with the student’s goal and request for pledge. https://forms.gle/9oZbgGFZU44J2Bdp9
  • Payment can be made at any time with the following link:  https://edisonpt.ejoinme.org/readathon
  • FAQ page:  https://edison.dpsk12.org/read-a-thon/
Kids will set Read-a-thon reading goals at school during library. Students will then read over Winter Break and return Reading Logs the week of January 7 in order to be eligible for raffle prizes (entries based on number of minutes read). Our goal is to raise $10,000 for Literacy Supplies for Edison (independent reading books, guided reading books, curriculum materials, and digital literacy materials)
